HAPPY BIRTHDAY, !

Technically, her birthday is tomorrow, but I won't find the time to finish this for her in the following days. So I rushed it ASAP.

Anyway, this is also for the Nebel Quest of GoA. As usual, Vice was with Shiro during the festival. Being lovey dovey in the corner. This is a special thanks to wendy's character Shiro for being such a good boyfriend to Vice.
